Queen Street This important affordable development on Queen Street reinstates the original streetscape, whilst to the rear of the development creates a more contemporary mews style of development. A mixture of natural stone, timber and render, as well as a close consideration of the intimate nature of the design with the local environment, led to a project that was considered and fully supported by the Local Planning Authority and community. Overall the project provided the Architects Design Group with the opportunity to provide much needed affordable housing within a scheme that responds to its urban context and includes traditional and contemporary elements.
