The Lozenge A new build development consisting of 2 buildings between 3 and 5 storeys in height comprising of 123 student bedrooms arranged in cluster flats with shared kitchen/lounges. The development is located near to the main Derriford hospital, new Peninsular Dental School and Marjons University College. The development sought to attract the higher end of the student market. The BREEAM Excellent scheme was completed in the Summer of 2011 in time for the academic year and exceeded expectations by being fully let in its first year of operation. |
