Barden Corporation ADG are very pleased to have had a long standing relationship with Barden, providing full architectural services & support at it’s Plymouth facility since 1992. Barden Bearings is a member of the multinational Schaeffler Group, which specialises in bearing technology and precision products for areospace, industrial plant and automotive industries. Located in Plymouth since 1966, Barden specialises in the design and manufacture of super precision ball bearings for safety-critical and harsh environment applications. ADG have helped Barden expand it’s Plymouth facility, obtaining planning permission for the design & construction of two extensions totaling 20,000sq. feet of new manufacturing and office space with an approximate investment of £3 miilion. Work has also included internal modifications to it’s clean rooms, production flow processes, plant provision and compliance with the latest DDA requirements.
