Set within the conservation area of Padstow and situated behind St Petroc’s Hotel & Bistro, Prospect House is a small annex to a larger hotel. The four suites and landscaped grounds sit discretely within their location. With the use of high quality natural materials we were able to create a set of boutique hotel style suites, which reflect their seaside location in a contemporary way.

Being in the old part of Padstow they have pleasing views of the old town and estuary.

The project has included the provision of two of the suites with full access and facilities for disabled residents.
