ADG, established in 1985, has grown in experience to place the practice at the forefront of design in Plymouth, the Southwest and elsewhere in the country. The Architects Design Group has created buildings, places and spaces for 32 years. We combine commercial awareness with practical experience to add value for clients regardless of size or scope.
An ever changing market demands a flexible response. We design in the present, anticipate the future, and question the norm to deliver sustainable design solutions.
At ADG, we design in a context of social, political, technological and cultural change. ADG are aware of environmental and social responsibility and work within the constraints of these demands to find solutions that are functional, practical and pragmatic, yet uplifting and inspired.
We aim to provide ‘Added Value’ through architecture that will delight by resolving the multitude of practical matters with the simple resolution of light, space and material to create dynamic buildings that will stand the test of time.
It has been a great pleasure to work with such a talented and dedicated team, both in the detailed planning of the project and to deliver it within a tight timetable for the construction work itself. I feel that this development has enhanced the architectural merit of The Godolphin Arms, with stylish contemporary flourishes.
