Millbay Marina The Millbay Marina Village development was commenced in the late 1980’s but has remained incomplete since this first phase. ADG were appointed to design a high quality, contemporary scheme for the remainder of this important gateway site. The scheme, comprising three new buildings providing a total of 94 residential apartments, continues an emerging theme for this area of Plymouth, high quality design within a historic setting. ADG were pleased to have engaged closely with Plymouth City Council’s Planning and Urban Design departments to produce a well resolved design proposal that fits well within its wider context. ADG were commisioned by Midas Homes to create a contemporary design for apartments in the Southern part of Millbay. Proposals comprise of three separate terraces of apartments each with their own car parking. The three buildings have been developed to support the further regeneration of this area and carefully positioned so as to allow strategic views out onto Plymouth Sound. |
