Pottery Quay Lying across the River Tamar from Cornwall’s first planned town, Torpoint, Pottery Quay adjoins the Tamar ferry port and offers spectacular views along the estuary toward the rolling hills of South East Cornwall. Working in close cooperation with Plymouth City Council Urban Designers and Planners. ADG secured Detailed Planning Consent for a dynamic landmark group of apartment buildings, workspace and retail that harnesses the potential of the site and creates a new public space on the waterfront. The project benefited from a joint application with the adjacent housing association scheme and thereby enjoys an extended approval status. |
